Biography:
Anella joined the Research Team of the Reserve Bank in 2003. She worked at
the Bank for International Settlements (Hong Kong) in 2007-9, and returned to
the Reserve Bank in 2010. Prior to joining the Bank, she worked for the Asian
Development Bank. She holds a BSc in Electrical Engineering (MIT), and a DPhil
in Economics (Oxford).

- Financial intermediation in DSGE models
- Macro-prudential policy
