Biography:

Richard is currently an Adviser in the Issues and International team. He joined the bank in 2004 and during that time has been part of the Forecasting team and enjoyed a stint at the National Reserve Bank of Tonga.

Previously, Richard has worked in various industries within New Zealand including financial markets, agribusiness, and forestry.

• Commodity prices
• Savings rates and incentives
