Biography:

David joined the Bank in 2008, after completing an honours degree in Economics at the University of Canterbury. He is currently in the Issues and International Team, monitoring the Eurozone and UK economies.

Current research interests:

• International developments with a focus on Europe
• Monetary policy rules under uncertainty
