Biography:

Carly joined the bank in 2008, after completing an Honours degree in Money and Finance at Victoria University of Wellington.  She is currently in the Issues and International Team, and is responsible for monitoring economic developments in New Zealand’s Asian trading partner economies.

Current research interests:

• Monitoring growth and inflation in New Zealand’s trading partner economies.
• Analysing the main trends and drivers of commodity markets of importance to the New Zealand economy.
• Developing measures of core inflation.
