System requirements

To access the webcast you will need a computer with the following:

  • Windows Media Player (which can be downloaded for free from the Microsoft website)
  • A soundcard and speakers or headphones
  • A connection to the Internet (broadband recommended)

We suggest that you use the low quality or medium quality links to minimise connection problems. If you do encounter pausing during the webcast try using a lower quality link. You will only be able to use the high quality link if you have a sufficiently fast Internet connection. The webcast is best viewed on a smaller screen, if you maximise your screen the picture quality may become blurry.

To ensure you will be able to access the live webcast, use the links above and verify that you can view the video. If you can not view the video replay then there is a problem and it is unlikely that you will be able to access the live OCR webcast. Note that some corporate networks block access to certain content on the internet, and it is possible that your network is blocking access to the webcast. Talk to your IT support staff to resolve the issue.

If you can view the video replay you have made a successful connection and you should have no difficulty accessing the live webcast.
